How blogs work for business

What makes good content? Well it is simply something that stands out. This might mean that it is shocking or just heartwarming, it could also mean that the content answers the right questions, is released at the right time and is positioned on the right network.
We wanted to raise the profile of a web development business called Mediamodus – you can see with our “how to blog” slideshow, we added it to a known social network called slide share. We used an interesting way of getting the point across with cartoons and humour and we made sure that the content of the slides had good key terms.
The slideshow showed that Mediamodus knew their stuff. The slideshow could be downloaded by agencies and other brands to use in-house to train. It was downloaded 131 times and carried with it a link to the client’s website.

The Digg Social News Platform is down and showing an Internal Server Error
Holy hell, I get back home after a lovely evening of Vegan treats and Waffles and being crawled over by my friends little girl who screams “Look add Cock” instead of clock. Only to find that my last few mintues of the day were drowned like a tiny baby sloth with this message from Digg saying it is unwell and basically “Hi it’s digg i have just died”.
Without a seconds hesitation I thought, shit i’ve been banned and then remembering that i an upstanding member of the Digg community I sought help from the wonderous Digg Blog that’s current news was
This made no f###ing sense so i thought to seek help from my fellow diggers to discover from the wonderful magic unicorns at the Social Blade Show that Digg Was infact Down.
Digg had stopped taking on new registrations with a “wanna go to candy mountain message” which kind of hinted to the change over to the big 4.0 (thats digg that is wanting to be more like Facebook and Twitter for those of you wondering).
I have tested the Beta platform and personally i think it sucks like a dead turtle mother and well, blarghhhhhhhhhhh… but thats just me and like i matter anyhow.
Ohh the message has just changed to this ………… at 00.15 UK time.
Looks like the ugly new Facedigger to me…. fantastic.. i am as chuffed as a womble in a bin
Anyway.. i’ll be checking again first thing in the morning to see if our wonderous princess of dirty news has arisen from her slumber, and hope she doesnt look just like someones facebook account.
Thanks to the these top Diggers for the information socialblade.com
How to delete your Facebook account – DEAD!
Posted on 18. May, 2010 by admin in blog, Facebook
I really don’t wish to go into the fact that Facebook has gone a little insane with it’s privacy policy, posting everything onto users wall.
This post is here to show those who wish to delete their accounts, how to do so.
1. Go Here
https://ssl.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=delete_account
2). Login to your account
3. Click Submit
4) WHAT EVER YOU DO – DO NOT CLICK – Deactivate Account as this will in fact bring your dying account back to life
5. Your account is now dead!
6. An email will arrive telling you that the account will close in 14 days
But is it really dead .. I shall go back in 14 days to see and will post up an image of the (this account is not available) sign – hopefully
